- What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 15.00, check-out at 12.00. The time varies on request and guests can still leave their luggage at us if they arrive before the expected time of check-in, whether they depart after the check-out.
- If my arrival is very late in the evening. Is this a problem?
Absolutely not! We make regularly late check-in, but we need to know it in advance (up by 20.00 of the same day).
- What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 8.00 am to 10.00 am
- HOUSE MALERBA has a parking lot?
Yes, parking is available in the private garden.
- Which services are in the rooms?
All our rooms have private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, safe, mini bar and TV. For more information on rooms.
- Usually our dog travels with us. Have we to leave him home?
Tiny pets are welcome, but please notify our booking office in advance.
- How can I book from your website?
Reserving a room is very easy through our Reservation System certified Simple Booking.
- Rates are per night, per room or per person?
Price is per room per night including breakfast.
- How do I pay?
The bill is before departure by bank transfer. You can make a bank transfer of the sum equal to 30% of the total reservation, which will be granted upon payment, send the receipt to our email booking@casamalerba.it . The bank details will be sent only on specific request.
- Payment of the balance of the reservation
The balance of the booking must be made at the B & B
- Are there additional costs when booking through your site?
There is NO CHARGE or service fee using our reservation system.
- Privacy?
Legislative Decree no. 196, June 30, 2003
The personal information requested already on the reservation are collected and processed on computer media in order to satisfy the obligations under the contract concluded with the Client and will not under any circumstances for any reason be given to third companies that are not directly necessary for conclusion of the service. We guarantee the respect of legislation on personal data governed by the privacy code under LD.
- Is the privacy of my personal information guarantee?
The safety standards used to make personal and confidential information, including firewall and data transmission through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) are the highest at the state of technology. In addition, specific techniques are used to protect such data from unauthorized access by third parties. They are, however, guaranteed the minimum security measures provided by the Privacy Code and subsequent amendments.
